Product Introduction
This TJTC no-hub coupling, also called cast iron soil pipe coupling, is certified with NSF, UPC & CSA approvals to meet North American plumbing codes. It is equipped with double stainless steel worm drive clamps on both sides, the serrated steel band can evenly compress the inner EPDM rubber sleeve to form a tight leakproof seal for connecting hubless cast iron drain pipes. Double-clamp design delivers stronger clamping force than single-band types, ensuring stable sealing under ground burial or high-temperature indoor drainage environments. Standard dimensional specifications range from 2" to 12", matching mainstream US cast iron soil pipe sizes.
Material Specification
- Stainless steel 304: With embossed serrated texture and uniform pressure distribution, has excellent rust prevention performance against damp sewage and underground soil corrosion.
- Internal sealing gasket: NSF certified EPDM/chloroprene rubber, resistant to aging, chemical erosion from sewage, and temperature fluctuations from -30 ℃ to 100 ℃, in compliance with US drinking water and hygiene standards.
- Fastener bolts and nuts: 304 stainless steel, treated with anti-corrosion, suitable for long-term outdoor and underground installation.
