Product Introduction

These adjustable U-type clevis hangers are UL US LISTED certified pipe suspension fittings branded TJTC, available in long-style and compact short-style two constructions as shown in the picture. Equipped with a through threaded bolt and hex nut in the middle, the opening width of the hanger loop can be freely adjusted to fit pipes within specified nominal diameter range, which effectively offsets minor outer diameter tolerance of steel pipes. Pre-drilled mounting holes on the top enable quick connection with threaded suspension rods for overhead pipe fixing. Complying with North American fire protection industry codes, the certification qualifies the product for inspection approval on US and Canadian construction projects.

Material Specification

Main body: Cold-rolled carbon steel sheet finished with electro-galvanizing or hot-dipped galvanization, delivering superior rust and corrosion resistance against humid indoor spaces, underground piping tunnels and mechanical rooms.
Fastener parts: Full-thread carbon steel rod + zinc-plated hex nuts, matching the anti-corrosion standard of hanger bodies to avoid galvanic corrosion.
